Clogyrnach

Comfortable counting syllables and rhyming? Try the Clogyrnach. This is an old Welch form of poetry. Some of these poetic forms were more fun than others. I found this one a fun start to conforming to rules.

Here are the rules:

Line 1: 8 syllables ending with an a rhyme

Line 2: 8 syllables ending with a b rhyme

Line 3: 5 syllables ending with a b rhyme

Line 4: 5 syllables ending with a b rhyme

Line 5: 3 syllables ending with a b rhyme

Line 6: 3 syllables ending with an a rhyme

It was only natural law
