Give yourself a sticker

My work week is ending well. How about yours?

  • I’ve written roughly 1000 words per day.
  • I walked over 10 miles. (That’s not going up till the summer heat breaks.)
  • I put in 4 hours of exercises. 

Could I have done more? Should I have done more? 

My head and body said I did well; So the answer is, no. I did what I needed. 

Since you, too, made it through another work week, give yourself a happy sticker. I don’t care what your inner critic is telling you. You earned it.
