Take Time to Tune In

Today, I’m sending out a thank you to Stuart Danker. I realized I was reading blogs during the time designated for my yoga, as I read his blog this week about taking time to be bored and listening to that little voice inside of us striving to guide us toward happiness even when we don’t want to listen,. If I hadn’t read that blog:

  • I wouldn’t have done my yoga
  • I wouldn’t have meditated (done nothing),
  • I wouldn’t have heard that voice inside my head.

So, thanks, Stuart. You made me reconnect on a day when I was ready to not listen.

Your Turn: Take a moment to enjoy you for being you wherever you are and with whomever you are with and with whomever you want to be at this moment.

Processing…
Success! You're on the list.

  1. Whoa, it’s always been a goal of mine to try and make the world a better place, one tiny bit at a time, so whatever you’ve posted here means the world to me. Am super honoured, especially coming from you. Thanks so much for making my day!
