Meet Jasper: Your New Favorite Character

Green dragon sleeping on grassy garden near stone cottage and colorful flowers

Hi,

Thanks to everyone who picked up a copy of Home and Dragons Part 2 over the weekend. Hope you’re enjoying it.

This week, I wanted to talk to you about Jasper. I feel like he and I have become pretty good friends. He’s taught me a lot, not only about dragons, but about patience and friendship.

Yes, he sometimes looks scary, and he is, so stay on his good side,

but you’ll never make a better friend.

The first time I met a Dragonfly, I was walking in the world of Midnight Wildes. Not only did I meet my first dragon there, I met the Dragonflies who take care of young dragons.

Jasper is unique among dragonflies, and not just because he lives here in Austin instead of the Wildes. He and Randall have been best friends since their college days. They even went into business together: Randall designs landscapes and spectacular floral arrangements, and Jasper provides lighting and sound systems for events. Good thing Jasper’s good with business details, or they’d both be broke by now.

Peace, L.K. Latham

P.S.  If you’re enjoying Home and Dragons Part 2, I hope you consider leaving a review at your favorite online retailer or Goodreads.
